Work With Me
You don’t need to choose between training seriously and protecting your body.I work with women who lift weights — from new lifters to experienced athletes — and want thoughtful, individualized care that supports both performance and long-term health.

This is not high-volume, insurance-driven care.Every session is 1:1 and built around:- Thoughtful movement assessment
- Load management strategy
- Programming adjustments (not just exercises)
- Honest conversations about recovery and fuelingAs both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a strength athlete, I understand the demands of heavy training — and the realities of being a woman doing it.We’ll respect both.
A clear plan, no guesswork - You'll leave with a plan that makes sense for your body, your schedule, and the activities you want to return to. Progressions are intentional and based on what you need.
Rehab that progresses into real movement - Early rehab builds the foundation. As you improve, care evolves into strength, loading, and movement that actually translates to your life and training.
Collaboration and education - You'll understand the "why" behind your program so you feel confident continuing beyond sessions - not dependent on them.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength athlete, and mom of 3, I understand both the biomechanics of lifting and the realities of training as a woman. My work sits at the intersection of biomechanics, load management, and real-world training experience. I consider how you move, how you’re programming, and what you’re balancing outside the gym — then design a plan that supports both performance and longevity.
If this approach feels aligned with your goals, the next step is a one-on-one evaluation.Sessions are unhurried, individualized, and designed to progress toward strength, confidence and resilience - not long-term dependence.
I operate as a cash-based practice, which allows for longer sessions, individualized care, and flexibility in treatment. I'm happy to provide a superbill if you'd like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.
Sessions consist of assessment, hands-on treatment, education, and progressive movement or strength work - depending on what best supports your goals.
